Now Hiring - Retail Sales Leader in Dayville, CT

As a premier authorized dealer for T-Mobile/MSO, you will help develop store personnel to be exceptional salespeople! As a sales leader, you will be working with the store manager to maintain the store location. This will include, participating in weekly sales calls, store operations, store planograms, inventory, sales coaching, and running the store when the store manager is not available. The sales lead will also earn commission from sales, and a monthly bonus depending on store performance.

Must have:

• Retail, customer service and wireless sales experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in retail or a customer service setting.
• Must complete a 2 week training, Monday -Friday 10am -6pm
• Open availability including weekends, this is a full-time position.
